Student Application & Scholarship Service Agreement

1. Purpose of the agreement

This Agreement sets out the terms under which Ziyarah Global Education Limited ("Ziyarah") will provide university application and scholarship application services to the Client for the programme, institution and destination identified in the application.

2. Services included in the agency application package

• Initial consultation and academic profile assessment.
• Review of programme, admission and scholarship eligibility requirements.
• Guidance on university and programme selection.
• Document checklist and review of academic and supporting documents supplied by the Client.
• Guidance on preparing the personal statement / motivation letter, CV and references.
• Completion and submission of the university application on the Client’s behalf.
• Preparation and submission of the scholarship or tuition-waiver application.
• Communication with the university or scholarship provider on the Client’s behalf.
• Application tracking and follow-up.
• Guidance on offer letters, acceptance requirements and next steps after an outcome is received.

3. Agency application fee and payment

The agency application fee payable is determined by the Client’s study level and is charged per applicant. The following are NOT included in the agency application fee and are payable separately by the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing: university application fees, tuition and deposits charged by the institution, IELTS or other test fees, visa application services and fees, flights, accommodation and travel insurance.

4. Fee and refund policy

The agency application fee is non-refundable once the Client’s application has been submitted. Once the Client receives an acceptance letter from the university applied to, there is absolutely no refund of any kind. An unsuccessful university or scholarship outcome does not create an automatic right to a refund.

5. Unsuccessful applications and re-application

If the Client’s university application or scholarship application is unsuccessful, Ziyarah will assist with reviewing the outcome and, where appropriate, applying to an alternative programme, institution or intake. Any new application fees, deposits or other third-party charges arising from a re-application are not automatically included and may be payable separately unless Ziyarah expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

6. No guarantee of admission or scholarship

Ziyarah provides professional application and advisory services but does not control the decisions of any university, scholarship provider or government body. Admission, scholarship or tuition-waiver awards, the amount or percentage of any award, and processing times are determined solely by the relevant institution or provider and are not guaranteed by Ziyarah. Advertised waivers such as “up to 50%” are maximums, not promises of any particular award.

7. Client responsibilities

• Provide truthful, complete and authentic information and documents.
• Be responsible for the accuracy of all information and documents supplied for the application.
• Promptly provide documents and information requested by Ziyarah.
• Meet deadlines communicated by Ziyarah, the institution or the scholarship provider.
• Attend any required interviews, assessments or tests.
• Inform Ziyarah of any previous visa refusals, admission refusals, academic issues or relevant changes in circumstances.

8. Documents and confidentiality

Ziyarah will handle Client information and documents for the purposes of providing the agreed services and will take reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality. The Client agrees that Ziyarah may share necessary information and documents with universities, scholarship providers and partner platforms for the purpose of the application. The Client may request copies of documents and application materials prepared or submitted on the Client’s behalf, subject to applicable third-party or portal restrictions.

9. Third-party services and costs

Where services involve universities, scholarship providers, partner platforms, testing bodies, embassies or other third parties, their terms, availability, deadlines and decisions apply. Ziyarah does not control third-party processing times or decisions. The package includes only the services expressly stated in this Agreement; costs and services outside that scope require separate agreement.

10. Client declaration

The Client confirms that they have read and understood this Agreement, the payment structure, the non-refundable fee policy, the re-application arrangement and the fact that admission and scholarship awards are not guaranteed.
